**Digital Craft Edge** ("we", "us", or "our") is a digital services company registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, platforms, and applications. By engaging with us or using our software, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
CRM & Data Management App
Proprietary platform for centralized lead and customer telemetry tracking.
Third-Party Integrations
Real-time Lead Sync between external business software and our CRM ecosystems.
E-commerce Ecosystems
Streamlining Shopify/WooCommerce data flow for order and product synchronization.
Meta & Google Hub
Management of Conversions API, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Performance telemetry.
2. User Accounts
Responsibility for credential integrity lies with the user. All captured lead data must comply with jurisdictional consent laws.
3. External Data Transmission
We act as a **Data Processor** for Meta and Google integration services. Clients remain the **Data Controller** and must maintain valid legal bases for all shared telemetry.
4. Intellectual Property
Clients own account-specific creative artifacts upon settlement. All core **CRM source code**, **Integration Logic**, and **AI Architectures** remains the exclusive property of **Digital Craft Edge**.
5. Performance Disclaimers
Ad performance is contingent on third-party platform stability (Meta/Google). We guarantee the structural integrity of integrations, but do not warrant specific ROI outcomes.
6. Prohibited Uses
- No Spam or Deceptive Comms
- No Malware Transmission
- No Reverse Engineering
7. Termination
Termination requires a 30-day tactical window (written notice). Policy violations trigger immediate suspension.
